Gala Hosts win Canadian Screen Awards!
The Winnipeg Comedy Festival is proud to announce that two of our gala hosts this year will be the recipients of their own Canadian Screen Awards!
Known for his role in Kim’s Convenience, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee has won Best Performance by an Actor in a Continuing Lead Comedic Role. You can catch him at the festival this year hosting the Punching UP Gala on Friday April 13th at Pantages Playhouse Theatre.
Emma Hunter has also brought home the award for Best Actress for a Web Program or Series for her work in CBC’s Save Me. She'll be hosting the Just My Luck Gala at Pantages Playhouse Theatre, also on April, 13th. Which sounds like our lucky day!
