Richard Cloutier
Richard Cloutier hosts the News on 680 CJOB Radio Winnipeg. He started years and years ago in the 1990s, which is almost as old as the festival itself. He's not funny. He is a life-long Winnipegger and almost bought a home on Cloutier Drive in St. Norbert. He is the parent of three adult children who still talk to him. He is quite nervous to do this and is doing his best to create low expectations.
