Cassie Cao
Cassie Cao is a Canadian Comedy Award winning standup, writer, and actor based in Toronto. Cassie was a New Face at Just for Laughs and her comedy can be seen on CBC's New Wave of Standup, Crave's Jon Dore show, and CTV's Roast Battle Canada. Cassie has written for Kim's Convenience, Still Standing, Detention Adventure, True Dating Stories, the Giller Prize Award Show, and the Blue Man Group. She is also a regular culture commentator on CBC radio's Commotion. Cassie was formerly an economist and has years of experience telling jokes about the interest rate to prominent Canadian policy makers.
