Jonathan Torrens
2018 marks 30 years since Jonathan Torrens started on Street Cents, CBC's award-winning consumer affairs show for kids. Since then, he's maintained a fairly steady presence on Canadian TV series, from Jonovision to Trailer Park Boys to Mr. D.
His popular podcast Taggart & Torrens (with former Our Lady Peace drummer Jeremy Taggart) has over 3 million downloads and their book Canadianity was immediately on the best-seller list when it was published by Harper-Collins in the Fall of 2017. Jonathan lives in rural Nova Scotia with his wife Carole and their two young daughters.
