Emma Hunter

Emma Hunter is best known as co-anchor on The Comedy Network's satirical news series, The Beaverton and playing Nisha on Mr. D. Other television appearances include CBC'S Royal Canadian Air Farce, Save Me, Match Game, Spun Out, Pop Quiz, Video on Trial, MTV Live, This Hour Has 22 Minutes, George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight, LA Complex, and Degrassi. She recently appeared in the TIFF short, 3-Way (Not Calling) and TIFF feature, Mary Goes Round. She is also a creator/performer of the popular sketch troupe She Said What.

Emma's work has earned her nominations for Toronto's Dora Awards, The Tim Sims Encouragement Fund Award, and a Canadian Comedy Award and multiple CSA nominations. This year Emma co-hosted the 2018 Canadian Screen Awards live broadcast with Jonny Harris.
