Rod Beilfuss
Rod Beilfuss is a proud Brazil-born Winnipeg actor-director (he likes hyphens), and a graduate of the UW Theatre Honours program. Some of his credits include The Merchant of Venice and Macbeth (Shakespeare in the Ruins), Generous, Comedy of Errors, Two Gentlemen of Verona, Saint Joan (Theatre by the River), Winter's Tale (Tom-Tom Theatre) and North Main Gothic (TPM). Directorial projects include Enter a Free Man, The Duck Variations and Pariah (Fancy Bred/MTC Playwrights Festivals), Billy Bishop Goes To War and Generous (TBTR). Rod spent last summer in England training at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art's (LAMDA) Shakespeare School, and will be returning there this Fall to take the MA in Classical Acting program. He will miss Winnipeg... kind of.
