Aisha Alfa
Born in Nigeria, raised in Winterpeg, now making her home in Toronto, Aisha Alfa is making a name for herself as a triple threat for comedy, hosting and acting. She is the previous winner of Winnipeg's Funniest Person with a Day Job, and has performed at The Las Vegas Comedy Show, Just For Laughs' ZooFest, NXNE, Ventura Comedy Festival, Jou Ma Se Comedy Club in Cape Town South Africa, and was a finalist in NBC's Stand Up for Diversity Comedy Contest in Los Angeles. You may also have seen her on Degrassi (MTV Canada), the Royal Canadian Air Farce New Year's Eve Special (CBC), Too Much Information (Super Channel) and Odd Squad (TVO Kids). She is also the co-producer of a monthly comedy show in Toronto called Fro One Night Only!
