Barry Kennedy
Barry grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba before moving with his family to Richmond, BC. He graduated from Royal Roads Military College in Victoria with a double major in Physics and Physical Oceanography, and subsequently became a fighter pilot, flying out of Comox, BC as a member of 409 Nighthawk Squadron, part of Canada's contribution to NORAD.
After succumbing to an irresistible literary fever, he began a new career as a writer, actor and standup comic. He's the author of four novels: THROUGH THE DEADFALL, THE HINDMOST, ROCK VARNISH, and most recently ALL THAT MONK BUSINESS. Barry currently resides in Toronto with his wife, Tracy Rideout.
