Syd Bosel
Syd started doing stand-up at 55. (She’d tried when her kids were younger but couldn’t do the late nights!)
She was active in the Vancouver comedy scene and then in 2020, moved to Vancouver Island to be closer to her Grandchildren … oh … and their parents!
Syd is now a Nationally touring comic, can be heard on CBC’s The Debaters and Laugh Out Loud, on Canada’s Got Talent and was the first woman to Win BC’s “The Yuk Off” (out of over 60 comics).
Her material is drawn from real life and she is a fan favourite of all demographics.
