Gerry Barrett
Gerry is a proud Ojibwe from the Saugeen First Nation located in southern Ontario. He is a veteran Comedian and Elvis Presley Tribute Artist. In 2013 Gerry was invited to Washington, DC to perform at an Inaugural Ball for U.S. President, Barack Obama. He likes to say that he went from the "rez to the Prez".
During the pandemic lockdown Gerry was busy writing and producing a series about his Indigenous life experiences for CBC Radio. He also completed an original, comedy/horror screenplay which he is pitching to Hollywood producers. Gerry continues to tour North America with his Indigenous themed stand-up and his Elvis tribute shows.
