Deborah Kimmett
It's been 40 years a stand-up and storyteller, writer, and teacher for Deborah Kimmett, and her fifth time at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. She has been a regular on CBC The Debaters for 14 years, is the author of two books of comedic essays, was nominated in 2019 for ACTRA’s Outstanding Performance for her fantastic work in Keep Coming Back. Her latest show Downward Facing Broad has been a CBC special and now is a CD produced by Howl and Roar Records, which reached 5th on iTunes. Her new book Windowshopping for Good will be published in summer, 2020.
