Nour, Hadidi

Nour Hadidi is a Jordanian-born and Toronto-based comedian, writer and actor who has been featured locally on the CBC News, FLARE Magazine and was picked as one of 50 Canadian Comedians to watch by Reader’s Digest. 

Nour has a half-hour comedy special with Comedy Central Arabia in Dubai and has written for prominent shows including This Hour has 22 Minutes on CBC, and The Beaverton on the Comedy Network. She was invited to perform at the prestigious Just for Laughs festival in Montreal in 2017 and 2018, as part of the Tiffany Haddish Gala and Kevin Hart's LOL Network and in 2020 for the Stand up show with Jon Dore. She is also set to appear on Season 3 of FX’s What We do in the Shadows.

Nour made her national television debut on CBC’s Winnipeg Comedy Festival  in July of 2017, and her jokes have been played on CBC Radio’s Laugh Out Loud and Sirius XM Canada Laughs. She has appeared on the CBC hit radio show the Debaters multiple times as well as CBC’s Because News. Nour has made appearances at Toronto Sketchfest, the Memphis Comedy Festival, Calgary's Sled Island, Boston Women in Comedy Festival, Field Trip and SiriusXM Top Comic.

She has opened for a number of prominent headlining acts including Maria Bamford, Sasheer Zamata, Jackie Kashian, Wendy Liebman, Josh Gondelman, Eliza Skinner, Steve Patterson, and K. Trevor Wilson.
