Diana Frances is an award-winning comedy writer and performer currently living in Toronto. She can be heard weekly on CBC Radio One with her national syndicated column, Dating Diana. Diana is also a contributor to the sketch comedy show ‘The Irrelevant Show,’ also on CBC Radio One.
Diana has been nominated for 7 Canadian Comedy Awards for ‘Best Female Improviser’ and is a Gemini nominated writer for The Hour with George Stroumboulopoulos (CBC TV). She has also written for ’22 Minutes', (CBC TV) and ‘Comedy Inc.’ (CTV).
Diana is still a Mainstage performer with The Vancouver TheatreSports League (despite living in Toronto, she refuses to let them take her picture off the wall.) She has toured with Second City Theatricals aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines. She's also the Vice President of Rock Paper Scissors, Vancouver’s award-winning corporate improv and training company. With RPS, she produced over 900 customized improv and scripted comedy shows for corporate clients, as well as entertained our Canadian soldiers in Alert, Bosnia, Egypt, Israel and Afghanistan.
